Position:

 Intermediate Level Architectural CAD Draughtsperson

 Qualifications:               

  • Tertiary Level Architectural CAD Draughting Diploma.
    •

 Experience:                  

  • More than 5 years post qualification experience in an Architects office.
  • Sound knowledge of NZS 3604 and NZ Building Code
  • Proficient in use of Vectorworks and Archicad, Sketchup, Photoshop, XL, and MSWord.
  • Able to undertake building surveys independently.
  • Ability to make an architectural scale model. 

Responsibilities:          

  • Building surveys.
  • Project related design and detail development.
  • Preparation and checking of construction assembly details
  • Preparation of product schedules and specifications
  • Preparation of presentation drawings
  • Model making
